Roman Arkadyevich Abramovich is a Russian-Israeli billionaire businessman, investor, and politician. He is the primary owner of the private investment company Millhouse LLC, and is best known outside Russia as the owner of Chelsea Football Club, a Premier League football club. Not only that but he was also formerly governor of Chukotka Autonomous Okrug from 2000 to 2008. Roman’s parents both died when he was young so, his relatives took him and raised him up.
